The agreement between you and Leila's Thai Massage when you use our website or services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, online booking system, and services offered by Leila's Thai Massage (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") located at 4165 N Craftsman Ct, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone (602-836-4949), or in person.
- We reserve the right to confirm or decline any appointment for any reason permitted by law.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
- The card on file may be charged for late cancellation or no-show fees.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will pay for that appointment.
4. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are redeemable for services only.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
5. Health & Safety
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service for safety reasons.
6. Conduct
Inappropriate, abusive, or illegal conduct will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward staff.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Leila's Thai Massage, which may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Booking changes, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Promotional offers and news (marketing) — only if you opt in
Message frequency: Approximately 2–8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to 602-836-4949 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message.

Consent is not required for purchase. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of booking an appointment, buying a gift card, or receiving any service from us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, images, text, layout) is the property of Leila's Thai Massage or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Leila's Thai Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
